Coordination - Starting at $2,200.00
Our coordination package starts 6 weeks before the big day. We are there to make sure that the last month before your day is smooth and stress free.
We will send out a timeline example/prep page 6 weeks prior to the wedding day along with any questions that we may have. We will then set up a meeting to go through all of the details. Vendor communication is shifted to us for the remainder of the planning process and we make sure that everything is coordinated and aligned for your day.
This package is the best for the bride who wants to do it all with that extra security and assistance at the end.
P artial Planning - $3,500.00
This is our partial planning package and it is perfect for the Bride who has a good portion of the planning done but would like some help. We will help you find vendors, get details together and make sure that all communication goes smoothly. This package is great for making sure that you are a huge part of the wedding planning process and gives you the peace of mind knowing that you are getting help where needed. We will also help you stay on budget with our budget tracking sheet and timeline.
Full Package Planning- $4,400.00
Our all-inclusive package! This package is for the bride who wants to make the final decision but doesn’t want to do much planning at all. We got you covered, we will take care of everything! From Venue and vendor research & outreach to reviewing contracts and design planning, we will handle it all for you. You will be with us from start to finish to know how your wedding planning is going all while getting to truly enjoy your engagement. We will also help you stay on budget with our budget tracking sheet and timeline. This package also includes a Wedding Website to showcase your engagement photos, the important details of the wedding and instructions for out of town guests.

Consultation
Want to make sure we jive? Perfect! We love to have our consultations in person but we are also available for phone calls, Zoom or FaceTime. We will go over our packages and help you decide which on works best for you and your event.
Securing your date
If you decide that you would like to work with us, then let's get started! We require 20% of the package of your choice to secure your date. We understand that people are on a tight budget and we like to make it as flexible as possible. After we secure your date then the fun really starts! We will send you a questionnaire to get the details of your big day as well as scheduling another meeting to go over more details.
Planning Process & Meet ups
If you have booked our Spruce or Redwoods package, we have regular meetings either via in person or phone calls to go over vendor information, design ideas and all of the fine details. Our Sapling package involves us sending out a more detailed questionnaire 6 weeks before your wedding day. We will then schedule a meeting to go over all of the final details and your timeline to make sure that your day runs smoothly. All of our packages include assisting with the timeline, layout mockup, rehearsal and day of coordination.
The Wedding Day
Wedding day is when our job is in full swing. We are there to help from beginning to end. We will assist with loading in to cleaning up, making sure vendors are on time and in their correct spots with your timeline at hand. We love being the backstage crew that helps to make your day run smooth and bring all of your visions to life. We will also always bring an Emergency Kit with us for the just-in-case moments. Whether you just need us for the day or for your full wedding planning process, we are here to help you every step of the way!
